As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and processes, facilitating sprint planning, sprint demonstration, and sprint retrospective activities. You will work to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team, while creating a culture of continuous improvement and transparency. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. You must be comfortable working with a diverse and distributed team, and have the ability to reconcile competing demands and interests.
