Job Description

Manage procurement of equipment and services, including processing requisitions, gaining approvals, and placing purchase orders. Coordinate new vendor setup in Oracle. Manage NDA request through execution. Support PM in tracking action items from meetings. Creating meetings & coordinating schedules. Compiling various relevant documents, while also ensuring version control. Diligently apply objective, analytical, and orderly thinking to the analysis of complex problems. Analyze project processes for future enhancements.
