
Marketing Manager, Retention
As the retention marketing manager, you will be Sling’s point person for reducing subscriber turnover. You will lead the development & execution of Sling’s retention marketing strategy and be a key member of a retention cross-functional team that includes product & design. Lead the development and execution of Sling’s retention marketing strategy. Work as part of a cross-functional team that includes product, design and development to build and bring churn-reducing products to market. Work with channel-specialists on email, in-app messaging and cross-channel advertising targeted to active subscribers. Constantly explore new retention marketing tactics. Report on churn-related key performance indicators.
5+ years’ experience in a relevant marketing role.
Experience running tests and using data to make decisions
Experience with marketing automation tools a plus
MBA is a plus
