Instructional Designer

DISH Network is looking for a creative, self-motivated and proactive learner to join our Learning and Development team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs, with a focus on adult learning principles. You will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that instructional materials meet the needs of our learners.We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles, as well as a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. Ideal candidates should be able to think strategically, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or related fields• Experience in creating and delivering engaging learning experiences• Knowledge of adult learning principles• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is a plusIf you have a passion for Instructional Design and are interested in joining a collaborative, fast-paced and dynamic team, then we would love to hear from you!
