
Fraud Operations Analyst
The Billing and Credit department supports the needs of DISH subscribers, agents, installers, and external departments by providing up front analysis for enterprise releases and projects. The department also provides support for back office operations and processes. Conduct research related to vulnerabilities in various parts of the DISH Wireless Business. Analyze current processes and procedures in order to maintain them or make recommendations to promote effective operations. Responsible for preparing and delivering recommendations to facilitate changes in policies and procedures. Assist in the completion of difficult projects that are broad in nature by following general guidelines. Maintain and apply knowledge of practices and procedures in their area of expertise. Create, analyze, and report complex data sets mainly utilizing Excel or Google spreadsheets.
Experience with data analysis, including the identification of trends and outliers
Experience in the telecom, wireless, and/or financial industry is a plus.
Ability to prioritize, organize and complete all tasks, meeting deadlines and target completion dates.
Ability to create, maintain, analyze and publish data primarily utilizing Microsoft Excel.
