
VP, DTC Partner Management
Work with marketing team to define partner KPIs and brainstorm and implement initiatives to achieve those. Align product roadmap efforts between partner and Discovery tech teams. Maintain detailed technical understanding of the end-to-end customer journey, constantly seeking to simplify and improve the customer experience. Establish relationships with regional partnerships leads to gather and share best practices. Lead cross-company partnerships community that consolidates and coordinates all internal partner management efforts in an effort to align best practices, share learnings, and optimize partner relationships. Serve as a centralized point of contact for all issues, questions, and priorities coming in from the partner. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution.
At least 10 years of partner marketing, partner management, and/or partner implementation experience in a digital direct-to-consumer business
Ability to leverage data to drive analysis and improvements across partner relationships
Familiarity with and ability to influence product and marketing roadmap and prioritization processes
Experience collaborating effectively across both domestic and global organizations
