Analyst - SEC Reporting

The Senior Analyst – SEC Reporting will assist with the company’s preparation of SEC filings and compliance with SEC reporting regulations. Assist in the preparation and review of the company’s SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, Registration statements, 8-K, Proxy statement, etc.). Prepare filings and disclosures in compliance with applicable SEC regulations, professional standards and organization policies. Research and draft new disclosures. Work directly with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Work directly with the external auditors on the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
