Accountant
Responsible for organization of and file maintenance for accounting and permanent records. Responsible for timely approval and payment of expenses, invoicing, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and forecasting cash Coordinate with CFO on monthly financial preparation and reporting. Maintain vendor files for annual tax reporting and assist with 1099 preparation. Assist with forecasts for income tax estimates and other tax planning and compliance. Summarizing transactions to support investment and budgetary reviews. Completes other financial and administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum of 4 years’ public accounting experience
At least 2 years’ experience in personal financial accounting or bookkeeping for high net worth client(s)
Proficiency in the use of accounting software, QuickBooks and Peachtree preferred
Knowledge of income tax fundamentals
