Senior Supplier Onboarding Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join our Supplier Management team. As a Senior Supplier Onboarding Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication and project management skills. - Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential new suppliers to ensure they align with the company's values and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for supplier onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers through regular communication and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of supplier information, including contracts, agreements, and performance metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements for supplier onboarding and management to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a point of contact for suppliers regarding onboarding procedures, contract negotiations, and other inquiries
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of supplier compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze supplier data and performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all suppliers meet regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor junior team members on supplier onboarding processes and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Onboarding Or Procurement Roles
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Proficiency In Supplier Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap Ariba Or Coupa
