Senior Principal Counsel, Public Company

This role will work on a wide variety of legal matters impacting the public company, with a focus on providing strategic legal advice and counsel to executive management and other stakeholders.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of legal experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department, preferably in the financial services industry. They should be highly adept at understanding and managing legal, regulatory, and compliance risks and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 10. Prepare contracts, legal documents, and other legal documents.
