Senior Principal Agile Program Manager

This individual will be responsible for leading and managing enterprise-wide initiatives within the organization, from conception to completion.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a combination of strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. They should also possess the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, and have a proven track record of success in leading large-scale Agile projects.To be successful in this role, the Senior Principal Agile Program Manager must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, as well as at least 8 years of experience in Agile project management. A certification in Agile methodology, such as Certified Scrum Master, is also desired.We are looking for a leader with a can-do attitude who is driven to achieve success and bring innovative ideas to the table.
