2. Conduct risk assessments of third-party relationships.
3. Develop and implement programs to manage third-party risk.
4. Monitor third-party performance and provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all third-party relationships are maintained.
6. Identify and address any gaps in third-party resiliency.
7. Develop and execute plans to mitigate any risks associated with third-party relationships.
8. Analyze and report on third-party performance.
9. Lead and manage the Third Party Resiliency team.
10. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of best practices in third-party risk management.
