  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workday integration capabilities and best practices.

  4. Create and maintain project plans and timelines for integration projects.
  5. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integration projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Integration: Demonstrated Proficiency In Developing And Implementing Workday Integration Solutions, Including Experience With Workday Studio And Eibs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects, With A Focus On Driving Results And Exceeding Expectations.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Processes: Experience With Agile Methodologies And A Deep Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles, Including Coding Standards, Code Reviews, And Testing Strategies.

  • Technical Expertise: Expert-Level Knowledge Of Object-Oriented Programming Languages Such As Java Or C#, As Well As Web Services And Apis. Familiarity With Cloud Technologies, Particularly Aws, Is Also Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Work Collaboratively With Other Teams And Business Partners To Deliver High-Quality Solutions.
