
Senior Manager - Leadership Development
At Discover Financial Services, we are looking for a qualified Senior Manager of Leadership Development—someone who is passionate about developing leaders and can bring a personal, collaborative, and innovative approach to developing long-term, meaningful leadership programs.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and developing leadership teams, and have a deep knowledge of leadership development strategies and best practices. They will have the ability to think strategically, take initiative, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.As the Senior Manager of Leadership Development, you will be responsible for leading the development of leadership programs, including leadership training and development, mentorship, and executive coaching. You will be a trusted advisor to senior management and the business leaders. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative strategies and solutions to drive successful leadership development across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and solutions to drive successful leadership development across the organization.
- Lead the development of leadership programs, including leadership training and development, mentorship, and executive coaching.
- Provide advice and guidance to senior management and business leaders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs.
- Create and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
- Identify and assess leadership development needs in the organization.
- Develop and deliver leadership programs and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive leadership development materials and documents.
- Track and report progress of leadership development programs.
- Support the organization in meeting its business objectives through effective leadership development initiatives.
