  1. Develop and implement data management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  4. Lead a team of data analysts and engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

  8. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  9. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
  10. Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to data management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization.
  13. Lead data-related projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on data management and provide training and support to team members and other departments as needed.
  15. Continuously assess and improve data management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Management, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
