Job Description

Discover Financial Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager Curriculum Design to join our team and lead the development of strategic training plans and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering educational programs to our employees that inspire growth and drive our company forward.We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in curriculum design and an ability to think strategically and creatively. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for developing and delivering engaging and effective training initiatives. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement training programs and plans that meet the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Utilize adult learning principles and best practices to create engaging, effective, and interactive training programs.
  3. Develop and deliver training sessions to employees using a variety of methods, including online, in-person, and blended learning.
  4. Identify and implement strategies for optimizing existing training programs and creating new ones.
  5. Monitor and evaluate training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure quality program delivery.
  7. Establish and manage budgets and timelines for training initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain a library of educational resources and materials.
  9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members in the execution of training programs.
