Discover Financial Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Manager to join our Chatham BT Community Outreach team. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader with a track record of driving successful initiatives and delivering exceptional results.The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for community outreach efforts in the Chatham BT region. They will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the success of the outreach efforts and ensure their alignment with Discover’s overall mission and objectives.To be successful in this role, the Senior Manager should have a minimum of five years’ experience in community outreach and/or marketing and communications, with a focus on developing relationships with key stakeholders, the ability to build and manage teams, and a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives. A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate should also demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the Chatham BT region.
