- Develop and implement an Agile transformation strategy for the organization, in line with industry best practices and company goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Drive the organization's Agile maturity by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and support for the Agile transformation journey.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Monitor and track team performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards Agile goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Act as a change agent, promoting Agile values and principles throughout the organization and helping to overcome any resistance to change.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Agile methodologies, and proactively identify opportunities for the organization to improve and evolve its practices.
Extensive Experience In Agile Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Agile Programs, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Agile Principles, Frameworks, And Practices Such As Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Etc. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Agile In Large-Scale Programs.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Projects: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Large And Complex Projects Using Agile Methodologies. They Should Have Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And With High Quality.
Leadership And Interpersonal Skills: A Senior Manager Agile Program Management Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Team Members, And External Partners. They Should Also Have Experience In Coaching And Mentoring Agile Teams.
