  1. Develop and implement HR technology strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology systems and processes, providing guidance and support to HR team members and other stakeholders.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance HR technology systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new HR technology solutions.
  5. Monitor and analyze HR technology trends and best practices to continuously improve and optimize existing systems.
  6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR technology systems by conducting regular audits and implementing data governance processes.
  7. Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users on new HR technology systems and processes.
  8. Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of HR processes through the use of technology.
  9. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR technology systems.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to HR technology systems.
  11. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR technology initiatives.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks to the successful implementation of HR technology solutions.
  13. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and utilization of HR technology systems, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  14. Lead or participate in special projects related to HR technology as assigned.
  15. Stay current on emerging HR technology trends and make recommendations for future upgrades or improvements to current systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Technology, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Hr Systems And Technology, Such As Workday, Adp, Or Oracle Hcm.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Complex Hr Technology Projects.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions To Improve Hr Processes And Systems.
