This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who is passionate about leading product development initiatives, and has the organizational and communication skills to ensure successful outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with a focus on product development and/or project management. They will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and other departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of Agile methodology and the ability to think outside the box and take initiative to identify and drive new product opportunities is essential.
