Job Description

Discover Financial Services is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Principal Retirement Benefits Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the retirement and benefit strategy for our organization.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in retirement and benefits administration. You should have a strong understanding of the applicable laws and regulations related to retirement and benefits, and experience with 401(k) plans, pensions and other benefits. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service.If you have a passion for helping employees to get the most from their retirement and benefits, then this could be the opportunity for you.
