  1. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Discover Financial Services' processes and procedures.
  2. Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions.
  4. Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful execution of process improvement initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Develop and implement process documentation and training materials to ensure consistency and standardization.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for process management and share best practices with colleagues.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process management to continuously improve processes.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  11. Communicate progress and results of process improvement initiatives to stakeholders and senior management.
  12. Mentor and develop junior process management professionals within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement process improvements.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Represent Discover Financial Services in a professional manner at all times.
