  1. Develop and implement privacy compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Evaluate and monitor the company's privacy practices to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  3. Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain privacy controls and processes.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on privacy best practices and compliance requirements.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for all privacy-related inquiries and concerns from customers and employees.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in privacy laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Investigate and address any privacy breaches or incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Work with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry experts and organizations to stay informed of best practices and trends in privacy compliance.
  11. Analyze and report on privacy compliance metrics to senior management.
  12. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the company's privacy program.
  13. Conduct regular training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of privacy policies and procedures.
  14. Keep accurate and organized records of all privacy compliance activities.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy compliance matters and provide guidance to leadership on privacy-related decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Information Technology, Data Privacy, Or Cybersecurity.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Privacy Laws And Regulations, Including Gdpr, Ccpa, And Glba.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance, Risk Management, And Information Security Principles.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cipp, Cipm, Or Cipt Are Preferred.
