  1. Develop and drive the strategy for our payment products in line with company goals and objectives.

  9. Foster a customer-centric approach to product development, continuously seeking feedback and incorporating it into product enhancements.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on product performance and align product strategy with company goals.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to identify and implement new payment solutions.
  13. Represent the company and its payment products at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvements or updates as needed.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Payment Products And Services, Including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, And Digital Payment Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching New Payment Products, Including Developing Product Strategy, Driving Product Development, And Overseeing Product Marketing.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Inform Product Decisions And Drive Business Growth.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership To Achieve Business Objectives.
