- Develop and lead the overall training strategy for all operations departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create comprehensive training plans.

- Oversee the creation of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and digital content.
- Ensure training programs are engaging, effective, and meet the needs of all learners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.

- Manage a team of trainers and facilitators, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

Extensive Experience In Financial Services: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Banking Operations, Payment Systems, And Credit Card Services. A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Within The Financial Services Sector Is Preferred.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Operations Training Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Training Specialists And Ensuring The Successful Implementation Of Training Programs. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Organizational Skills.
Proven Track Record In Training And Development: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Training And Development Programs For Large Teams.
