- Develop and lead the overall training strategy for all operations departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create comprehensive training plans.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and digital content.
- Ensure training programs are engaging, effective, and meet the needs of all learners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.
- Analyze training program data and metrics to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage a team of trainers and facilitators, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

- Collaborate with external training vendors and partners, as needed, to develop and deliver specialized training programs.

- Develop and manage training budgets and resources effectively.

Extensive Experience In Financial Services: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Banking Operations, Payment Systems, And Credit Card Services. A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Within The Financial Services Sector Is Preferred.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Operations Training Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Training Specialists And Ensuring The Successful Implementation Of Training Programs. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Organizational Skills.
Proven Track Record In Training And Development: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Training And Development Programs For Large Teams. This Should Include Experience In Creating Training Materials, Conducting Training Sessions, And Measuring The Success Of The Training Program.
