- Develop and implement risk analysis and mitigation strategies to protect the organization from potential risks.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and insights to inform risk management strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management to ensure the organization remains compliant and ahead of potential risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and industry associations, to stay informed of potential risks and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders to communicate risk management strategies and progress.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives and drive a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in risk management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on risk management and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant behavior in all risk management activities.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Or Related Field.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Strategies To Mitigate Them.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Industry Best Practices In Risk Management, Specifically In The Financial Services Sector.
