Principal eDiscovery Forensic Specialist

The successful Principal eDiscovery Forensic Specialist should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in eDiscovery, forensic investigations, or a related area. Expertise in forensic analysis and the use of forensic tools is essential, as is a working knowledge of eDiscovery processes and the legal implications of digital evidence. The right individual will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilites:
-Lead reviews of eDiscovery evidence and provide guidance on the use of forensic tools
-Stay up to date on eDiscovery processes and the legal implications of digital evidence
-Utilize advanced forensic tools to analyze digital evidence -Provide technical guidance on eDiscovery projects -Identify potential risks and problem areas in eDiscovery processes -Develop and implement strategies to improve eDiscovery accuracy and efficiency -Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations -Engage and maintain relationships with outside vendors and service providers -Stay abreast of new and emerging technology trends related to eDiscovery
