Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma.
Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify Areas For Process Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
