Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Servicing Or Related Process Improvement Roles.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Experience With Project Management And Process Mapping Methodologies.
