Discover Financial Services is looking for a Manager Human Resources Technology - Workday to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction for the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday HCM solutions.We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in the implementation, management, and support of Human Resources technology systems. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM, an aptitude for creative problem-solving, and a passion for technology and innovation.The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday HCM solutions.
- Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative technical solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and support to stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure it is up to date.
- Manage the system development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze Human Resources processes (hiring, onboarding, performance management, etc.) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage projects to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer service excellence and effective communication.
