
Manager Human Resources Technology - Workday
Discover Financial Services is seeking a Manager Human Resources Technology – Workday to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full cycle Workday implementation for our organization. You will be the key point of contact for Workday and serve as the liaison between our HR team and the Workday implementation vendor.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader with a passion for delivering innovative HR solutions. You should have a strong understanding of Workday's configuration and data integration tools and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors. You should also have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand our organization's HR processes and data.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of HR technology experience. Strong experience with Workday implementations, configuration, reporting, and integrations is required. You should also have experience with ERP systems and/or HRIS applications. Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle Workday implementation for the organization.
- Act as the key point of contact for Workday and serve as a liaison between the HR team and the Workday implementation vendor.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand the organization's HR processes and data.
- Configure, report, and integrate Workday solutions.
- Have experience with ERP systems and/or HRIS applications.
- Monitor the progress of the Workday implementation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and provide technical support to end users.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for improvement of existing HR technologies and processes.
