- Lead the design and development of digital products for Discover Financial Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with our brand and user experience goals.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Use technical expertise to bring designs to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure consistency and high-quality designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Conduct regular usability testing to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to stakeholders.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Strong Ux/Ui Design Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Techniques, As Well As Proficiency In Ux/Ui Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma.
Extensive Experience In Product Design: A Lead Technical Ux/Ui Product Designer At Discover Financial Services Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Designing Digital Products, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Web And Mobile Development, Including A Solid Understanding Of Front-End Coding Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. Experience With Responsive Design And Mobile App Development Is Also Preferred.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Lead Designer, The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Designers. They Should Also Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices: A Successful Candidate Should Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Design Trends And Best Practices In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Also Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Deliver Innovative And User-Friendly Designs That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
