  1. Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure its optimal functionality and performance.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  3. Create and implement workflows, processes, and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
  4. Perform regular data maintenance and cleanup to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or errors that may arise within the Salesforce platform.
  6. Train and support end-users on Salesforce best practices and ensure proper adoption of the platform.
  7. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  8. Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  10. Monitor and analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related inquiries and provide guidance to colleagues.
  12. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  13. Mentor and train junior Salesforce administrators within the team.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  15. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to provide updates on Salesforce initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Salesforce Platform, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Marketing Cloud.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Salesforce Administrators And Developers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions Within Salesforce.

  • Extensive Experience With Data Management, Data Migration, And Data Quality Assurance Within Salesforce.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Successful Salesforce Implementations And Enhancements.
