  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all applicable regulations and laws related to payments compliance in the financial services industry.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and communicate potential impacts to the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all payment-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to AML, BSA, and PCI.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  5. Identify potential compliance risks and work to mitigate them through implementation of appropriate controls.
  6. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits related to payments compliance.
  7. Train and educate team members on compliance best practices and ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on payments compliance matters to various departments and stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries.
  10. Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in payments compliance and make recommendations for enhancements to current processes.
  12. Lead and manage compliance projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities for reporting and audit purposes.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
  15. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior compliance analysts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payments Compliance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Payments, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Laws, And The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Compliance Analysts.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulations And Effectively Communicate Compliance Requirements To Internal Stakeholders.
