  2. Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to person for all Workday-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to HR team members.
  3. Lead and manage the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, making recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
  6. Train and mentor HR team members on Workday functionality, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the system.
  7. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for HR leadership.
  8. Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Lead and manage system upgrades, integrations, and testing processes.
  10. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of HR technology analysts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Project Management And Leadership Experience: Discover Financial Services Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization, And The Lead Hr Technology Analyst Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Successful Project Completion.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Best Practices: In Addition To Technical Skills, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Core Hr Functions Such As Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Compensation.
