- Develop and implement technology solutions for various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee data management.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our current HR technology systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and execute system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration between various HR systems.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Train and support HR team members on the effective use of HR technology systems.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for implementing new systems or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HR technology processes.
- Act as a point of contact for HR technology vendors, managing contracts, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR technology analysts, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to understand business needs and align HR technology initiatives with company goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Technology, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris, Applicant Tracking Systems, And Performance Management Software.
Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr Business Partners, It Teams, And External Vendors.
