  1. Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies for the HR department in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Create and maintain a risk and control framework for all HR processes and activities.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance.
  4. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies.
  5. Monitor and track risk indicators and key risk metrics to ensure effective risk management.
  6. Provide guidance and support to HR team members on risk management protocols and procedures.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company's risk management processes are in line with industry standards.
  8. Communicate and report risk management findings and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential areas of risk.
  10. Develop and conduct training programs for employees to increase awareness and understanding of risk management and compliance.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Lead investigations into risk incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management and compliance for the HR department.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline risk management and compliance processes.
  15. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Risk Management, Compliance, Or Control Functions Within A Financial Services Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Controls To Mitigate Potential Hr Risks.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Hr Risks Through Data Analysis And Interpretation.
