Lead DCI Operations Specialist

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Direct Cash Installment (DCI) program, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead a team of operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on credit card operations, staying informed of industry trends and best practices.
- Review and approve DCI applications, ensuring they meet all program requirements and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the DCI program, ensuring all team members are following established protocols.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Train new team members on DCI program procedures and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Credit Card Industry, Preferably In A Dci Operations Or Processing Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Payment Card Networks (E.g. Visa, Mastercard, Discover) And Their Operating Rules And Regulations.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Findings.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
