Lead Business Intelligence Analyst
Discover Financial Services is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our highly-talented and collaborative team. We are looking for a versatile, analytical, and highly motivated individual with a passion for diving deep into data to help guide strategic decisions.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the company’s data landscape and be able to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide insights. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as a key member of the Business Intelligence team and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the data architecture and reporting solutions.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and/or Data Science• Experience with SQL and data modeling• Experience with data visualization and reporting software, such as Tableau, Qlik, and Microsoft PowerBI• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field
