The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial services and the analytics industry.To be successful in this role, you should have a combination of both technical and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. You should also have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with data and analytics tools. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
