We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Tech Lead Product Owner to join our team, specifically focused on Compensation and Benefits. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading and driving the strategy, design, and development of our HR technology systems related to compensation and benefits.   1. Develop and implement the overall strategy for HR technology systems related to compensation and benefits.
  2. Lead and drive the design and development of these systems, working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, and business leaders.
  3. Act as the subject matter expert for all compensation and benefits related technology initiatives, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
  5. Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business priorities and user feedback.
  6. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the systems meet the requirements and provide a positive user experience.
  8. Communicate and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of projects and any potential roadblocks.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other external partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the compensation and benefits technology landscape.
  11. Mentor and lead a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  13. Act as a change agent, promoting adoption and usage of new technology solutions among employees.
  14. Act as a liaison between HR and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the two departments.
  15. Conduct regular training and education sessions for HR and other business users on the use of compensation and benefits technology systems.
