
Facilities Operations Specialist

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities within the company.
- Ensure that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Manage facility budgets, including tracking and approving expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure quality and timely service.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding facility operations and maintenance.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facility needs are met.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to promote sustainability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make suggestions for process improvements.
- Train and supervise facilities staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates and reports on facility operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Operations, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing
Experience With Project Management And Vendor Management
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively
