Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) transformation program.
2. Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams through large-scale transformation programs.
3. Analyze and optimize business processes, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Monitor and report on progress of the transformation program.
5. Develop financial models to support FP&A transformation decisions.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
8. Provide training and guidance to staff on FP&A best practices.
9. Create budgets and forecast financial targets.
10. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes.
