- Lead and manage a team responsible for evaluating and monitoring the credit quality of our consumer lending portfolios.
- Develop and implement credit review strategies and policies in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Analyze and interpret credit data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of credit processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Communicate credit review findings and recommendations to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to credit risk management and incorporate them into review processes.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and finance, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to credit evaluation and risk management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulators.
- Continuously evaluate and improve credit review processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the overall credit quality of our portfolios.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues on credit risk management practices and processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Credit Review Or Risk Management.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Principles, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Credit Risks.
Proven Leadership And Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Develop A Team Of Credit Review Professionals.
