In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of applications for Discover Financial Services. You will lead a team of developers to ensure successful completion of projects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and continuing to improve and optimize our existing applications.The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 8+ years of experience leading application development teams. You have a strong understanding of software development and design principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps. You are a creative problem solver and have a track record of successful project delivery.
