Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Related Field, Preferably In The Credit Card Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
Knowledge Of Credit Card Products, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As Regulatory Requirements.
Ability To Work Flexible Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Meet The Needs Of A 24/7 Customer Service Operation.
