As an Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our fraud management system to ensure the safety and security of our customers' accounts.   1. Design and develop innovative and secure fraud management solutions using SAS Fraud Management software.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Implement and maintain fraud detection rules and models in SAS Fraud Management system.
  4. Monitor and analyze fraud trends and patterns to continuously improve fraud detection and prevention methods.
  5. Conduct regular testing and validation of fraud management system to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the fraud management system.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest fraud detection techniques and technologies to enhance the fraud management system.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
  9. Document all development processes and procedures related to the fraud management system.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
  11. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations for improving fraud management strategies.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate new fraud detection tools and technologies.
  13. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of the fraud management system.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to fraud management and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  15. Continuously analyze and report on the performance of the fraud management system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Application Engineering, Specifically With Sas Fraud Management.

  • Proven Proficiency In Sql, Sas Programming, And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fraud Detection And Prevention Techniques, As Well As Industry Trends And Regulations.
