Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Senior Engineering Manager At Discord Should Have A Strong Background In Software Engineering, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Field. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Coding Languages, And Project Management Processes.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Teams Of Engineers. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Build A Strong And Cohesive Engineering Team.
