Senior Director of People Technology & Operations

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior Director of People Technology & Operations to join Discord’s People team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading teams to success, a passion for technology, and a commitment to building a great workplace culture.The Senior Director of People Technology & Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure our People team is able to use technology effectively. This position will require a deep understanding of technology, project management, analytics, and operations. You will be a key member of the People team, working closely with leadership to ensure that our technology solutions and operations are aligned with our overall business strategy.To be successful in this role, you should have:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field• At least 10 years of experience in People Technology and Operations• Demonstrated success in leading technology initiatives and projects• A deep understanding of People technology, analytics, and operations• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentIf you’re passionate about leading the charge on advancing our People technology and operations, we’d love to hear from you!
