- Develop and implement strategies and policies to proactively identify and mitigate potential legal issues and incidents on the Discord platform.
- Lead and manage a team of legal and incident response professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the resources and support necessary to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and community, to understand potential risks and develop solutions to address them.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all legal matters and incident response on the Discord platform, responding to inquiries and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.
